    The work was done very professional and in record time.  They were willing to work around our work Schedules.  This meant a great deal to us.  The workers were very courteous and knowledgeable.

We recommend William and Susan Dutton and their company, A AFFORDABLE ROOFING AND REMODELING.

we met with Bill and Susan and were extremely impressed with their credentials and their professionalism. We made a commitment to them to hire their company to do our roofing as well as a large variety of other work needed due to damage caused to our home during Hurricane Rita.

Causing inconvenience to his company Bill assigned men to work overtime to get our bathroom in working order quickly after our meeting with him as we had to live in our home most of the time after Rita. Then in January of 2006 they started on our home as a full time project The damage was such that they worked here through the majority of March of 2006.

During this entire time and even up to now, Bill and Susan have made themselves available to us. Through the time of the construction work here he or they topped by to check on things more times than we could count and consider the fact that they were based in Houston and we are in Groves. Also, they made frequent telephone calls to us and their workmen to check on things and they were always available to us soon as possible when we called them.

Difficulties arose at times as they do on all projects of this nature (at times due to our fault in some way). He addressed the issues in a professional manner, in a timely fashion, using fair judgment all as he saw it. We were very impressed with his workmen in all ways. We could not have asked for more from them and felt totally comfortable for them to be in our home at any time. We found them to be hardworking, respectful and congenial.

Bill and his wife Susan set the tone and standard for their company. We view him as a man of his word, very professional, excellent at negotiation, capable of being firm when necessary. He is very capable of handling conflict and resolving it in a most professional manner. We felt that he dealt with all people in an efficient and respectful manner. There were times when he had a choice to do what was easy or what was right, We saw him choose to do what was right.

Our office was first introduced to Mr. Dutton and his company in 1999.  He has proven through the years to provide quality services with attention to details while committing himself to personal attention to the customer

We have had the pleasure of viewing his work on several occasions.  Mr. Dutton completed a remodel for an insured to comply with insurance requirements on a leased office space in a building constructed in 1978.  Also, he reconstructed an insured building after a fire loss with outstanding results.  We have witnessed a transformation of a strip center built in 1978 making it look new again.

Mr. Dutton has done work for us on our personal homes as well.  His performance as a contractor is exceptional and beyond reproach.
